What this program is
Performance is the most demanding program I run. It's designed for swimmers who already know what they're doing and want to go further — competitive club swimmers, masters athletes, and anyone chasing a time that matters to them.
8 weeks. 4 sessions per week. Maximum group size of 3. This is where we do the work that doesn't show up on any training plan but makes the difference on race day.

What makes this different
This isn't a swim squad with a program on a whiteboard. Every athlete in Performance gets individual attention across four areas:
Race analysis
We break down your last competition — split times, stroke rate, turn data, and underwater distance — and build a training block specifically around what cost you time.
Technical refinement at race pace
Most technique work happens at slow speed. We work differently — drilling at threshold and above, because race-pace movement is different from easy-pace movement.
Turn and start work
